After graduating from Marshall High School in 1994, Casey embarked on his academic journey, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Entrepreneurship and Management of Information Systems from Baylor University. He continued his education at Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, where he completed his law degree with honors in just two and a half years.

Throughout his career, Casey has been actively involved in various trials, serving as lead counsel and second chair, and securing substantial jury awards in cases ranging from car wrecks to defective products. Licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Casey specializes in wrongful death claims and Social Security Disability claims, demonstrating his dedication to aiding injured clients and fostering community safety.

In 1998, Casey married his high school sweetheart, Heather Labouve Carlile, and they are now the proud parents of three children. Beyond his professional life, Casey remains deeply engaged in his family, church, and local community. As an active member of the First United Methodist Church, he has held leadership roles and contributed to various committees. In his leisure time, Casey enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing golf, watching sports, tending to his yard, and socializing with friends.
