Warren Binder represents individuals in personal injury and wrongful death matters across California. With decades of litigation experience, he has secured more than $100 million in verdicts and settlements for injured clients and families. His case results include a $13 million settlement involving an aviation accident, $6.6 million for a client who suffered a brain injury after being struck by a vehicle at a bus platform, and $4.3 million in a truck accident matter.

Throughout his career, Mr. Binder has handled claims involving major insurance carriers, large corporations, and government agencies. His litigation experience includes matters involving municipalities, cities, counties, state agencies, the federal government, and school districts.

Mr. Binder has worked in his family’s law practice since 1982 and has focused exclusively on personal injury law. His work includes cases involving car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and aviation accidents, as well as construction incidents, slip and fall injuries, dog bite claims, and employment-related disputes.

He represents clients in both State and Federal Courts and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Binder also has experience handling appellate matters, including cases before the California Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court.

Outside of his legal work, Mr. Binder values spending time with family and friends. He enjoys golf, fishing, outdoor activities, cooking, and exploring fine wines.

Education

Earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Glendale University College of Law.
Received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Glendale University College of Law in 1994.
