Chris Borunda is a native of El Paso. She graduated from Loretto Academy. After graduating from law school, Ms. Borunda served as an Assistant City Attorney for 5 years and 7 months. After serving her community she shifted to private practice.

Ms. Borunda has been successfully trying cases before El Paso juries since graduating law school. Her more recent jury trial cases include the following:
