Alberto’s criminal defense practice has taken him all over the state of New York, from the Bronx to Buffalo. In Federal court, he has defended individuals and corporations from coast to coast, as well as internationally. He has represented everyone from Rappers to Rabbis on a variety of cases ranging from “mischief to murder.”

With over 100 trials under his belt, Alberto has developed a reputation for his incisive surgical approach to trial work. He is responsible for setting precedent at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, and at the Civil Service Commission, and numerous outright dismissals of cases where the clients faced potential life sentences.
