Scott W. O’Sullivan is the founder of The O’Sullivan Law Firm, a dedicated team of Denver personal injury lawyers. Before starting his own practice, Scott worked as an insurance company lawyer, defending corporations against a wide range of claims. That experience gave him a front-row seat to how insurance companies operate — and he grew increasingly frustrated watching big insurers squeeze injured people out of the compensation they rightfully deserved. Eventually, Scott made the decision to switch sides entirely and represent only injury victims. He has never looked back.

Since 1996, Scott has helped accident victims fight for their rights, representing seriously injured people throughout Colorado and across the country from his office in Denver. His primary areas of practice include car accidents, motorcycle accidents, Vibrio Vulnificus injuries, and injuries caused by drunk drivers. As a plaintiffs’ lawyer, his practice also extends to class action, multi-district, and other complex litigation.

Scott is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Colorado. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver School of Law in 1996 and his undergraduate degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1991. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Academy of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers.

Scott sees his law practice as a calling rather than just a career, and he brings that same sense of purpose to both his clients and his community.
