Martha Ramsay has represented injured workers and accident victims for more than twenty years. She earned her Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo School of Law and began her legal career working with established law firms before opening her own practice in 2004.

Since founding her firm, Martha has built a strong record of helping clients pursue compensation in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Her work includes resolving complex personal injury claims, litigating denied workers’ compensation cases, and securing monetary recoveries for individuals facing difficult circumstances after injuries.

Over the years, Martha has continued to expand her practice while maintaining a focus on advocating for those affected by workplace injuries and accidents. She remains actively involved in the leadership and operations of Ramsay Law Firm and Dewey, Ramsay & Hunt, P.A., where she continues to serve clients throughout North Carolina.
